Flour Sifter/Cream Whipper with Lid Fries tin metal
1900's metal tin flour sifter with two handles at the top and four legs. Its 6 1/2 x 7" x 11". The lid has a handle on top. The wire beater inside is turned by a handle which is black wood. The sifter bowl is 8" deep. I would place its age around the early 1900"s. Four beaters with 3 wires in each beater. It is Fries embossed on the side. We have had it over 50 years but housing down and need to rid most of my Kitchen collection. All the parts are there in very good condition. Nice patina. In researching some call it a batter/cream whipper and some call it a flour sifter. Beautiful piece to add to your collection. It is in working order.
