Antique Flour Sifter or Cream Whipper Fries tin metal
I believe this is a 1900's tin flour sifter, others have described it as a batter or cream whipper. It is in good working order with four beaters. Each beater has three pieces or arms. The manufacturer Fries is embossed on the front. The top had two handles and there is a black wooden handle which turns the beaters, they are all intact. Although there are no dents, chips or cracks, there is some rust on the bottom of the feet. One of the feet must be bent a bit because not all four feet touch the table evenly. Nice aged patina inside and out.
